Ingredients

kosher salt
cleaned, rinsed and drained
1/2

lasagna
diced
1/2
large
tapioca flour
diced
8
oz
coconut milk
1/2
cup
course black pepper
1/2
tsp
himalayan pink sea salt
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a medium sauce pan, stirring to combine
Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to simmer
Check rice to fluff in about 10 minutes
Serve warm
