Ingredients
Vegan Garlic-Ranch Dressing

lime juice

fresh dill

fresh flat leaf parsley

roasted garlic
chop end off 1 garlic bulb, cover with 1 tsp olive oil, wrap in foil and bake at 400 for about 25 min – squeeze garlic from peeling

Cheeseburger Salad

vegan crumbles
prepared according to package directions + 1/4 cup onions and 1/4 tsp salt

shredded vegan cheese

stewed tomatoes
halved

dill pickles
chopped

red pepper flakes
thinly chopped
Instructions
Vegan Garlic-Ranch Dressing
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well until fully combined. Store in an airtight container for up to a week
Build Vegan Cheeseburger Salad
Add 1/4 each of lettuce, vegan crumbles, tomatoes, cheese and pickles to a bowl and cover with Garlic-Ranch dressing. Enjoy!
